I pride myself in not being with a lot of people (not that I have…) because that means I’m clean and not dirty like this woman is. I don’t care if she had protected sex, just the fact knowing she switched fluids with someone else, 17 different someone else’s, is nasty. I’m all for women expressing their sexuality but there’s no reason to be dirty about it and just throw your vagina in someone’s face.  

Yeah it’s a little gross. Actually a lot gross. But it is her choice to hoe around and do what she wants. But in my opinion she has to deal with the consequences of her actions. Unfortunately, for her, it means that people view her as a slut.

Absolutely not. Those 6 people she had a relationship with? That’s cool and completely normal. But 17? That leaves 11 left that were flings which means she’s throwing her vagina around and in reality, that’s nasty.

I don’t really agree on her having flings with people because I would only have sex with people that I truly loved or cared about so deeply that I would allow them do it with me; however, I don’t think it’s right for people to call others ‘sluts’ or ‘whores’ just because she likes to have a little fun in her life. And honestly, I’m going to break out the double-standard: if men were to have sex with that many women, people would look upon him as a ‘sex god’ or whatever because he was able to get that many women in his pants. But for a girl to sleep with that many men - and they weren’t all men, either! - is seen blasphemous when it really shouldn’t. 

I really don’t believe women should be looked down upon just because she has sex with men. It’s a natural part of life!

Plus, I would have sex all the time so yeah.

I’m gonna jump in here.  Because slut-shaming isn’t cool, guys.  It’s none of your business how many people a woman (or man) has had sex with and no one can assume how this woman conducts herself in the world unless they know her themselves.  There is absolutely nothing “dirty” about sex when it’s done in between consenting parties.  It’s a way for people to explore sensation and feel good.  As long as its safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.  And the number of sexual partners one has had isn’t some badge of shame.  So what if she’s had sex with 17 people?  That just means she enjoys the connection.  It obviously isn’t in it for the “switching of bodily fluids” that was mentioned earlier, she acknowledges that she engages in sexual acts with others as a way of connecting with them (“tender” and “loving” aren’t sleazy adjectives).  And even though she’s only been in a relationship with 6 of those people, who cares?  We don’t know the dynamic of those interactions.  Maybe she had proposed a long term relationship to the other 11, and they had all declined.  Maybe they had agreed ahead of time to keep the encounter to a one time thing.  Maybe the other person turned out to be a gigantic ass after she slept with them.  The point is that just because a woman has sex with some one whom she isn’t in a relationship with doesn’t mean she’s a slut or a whore.  Sex isn’t something to be ashamed of, regardless of your own sexual history.  Just because you want to be a virgin doesn’t mean everyone else has to be, and it doesn’t make you better than them.

I’d like to add: when a guy has sex with 17 people, he’s a boss.  When a girl has sex with 17 people, she’s a slut.  Thank you, earlier commenters, for reinforcing a sexist dogma that has kept women in shame and self-hatred since the rise of patriarchy.  And a sincere thank you to the earlier commenters who defended this woman, and all women in her situation.

I‘d like to thoroughly agree with the above statement. Besides, why did you feel the need to reblog JUST so you could put this woman down? Look, I respect the fact that some people don’t like sex or talking about it but I’d expect any decent human being to have the sense to respect people who do not think this way. To each their own as long as it isn’t actually hurting or lowering the quality of anyone else’s life. To me that’s end of story.
